I asked for special of the day the and got charged separate for each thing and employee would not fix it. And so im out $4 that I should not have been charged. I would not trust this subway. I gave them cash. They can adjust this ticket and take the extra cash.
If I could give the service NO stars I would.. it amazes me that in the service industry management would allow employees to have NO personality and just be straight up rude.. nobody in the front, so there is a bell “ring for service” I rang it one time.. she acted annoyed as hell that I wanted to order food.. the only reason they have business is because it’s in a hospital and this particular day (memorial day) the cafeteria is closed for dinner.. that being said only two other people were in line while I was there between ... read more
