The service is terrible as is the food. But also the manager is just a terrible human being. I watched the manager bully his new employee who was literally just a teenager. The kid made a small mistake probably because the manager was all up in his face yelling as the teen was trying to train. He then said “you’re going to eat that sandwich for lunch, you don’t get to make a new one” and laughed all up in his face. Literally no sense of personal space. I asked for special of the day the and got charged separate for each thing and employee would not fix it. And so im out $4 that I should not have been charged. I would not trust this subway. I gave them cash. They can adjust this ticket and take the extra cash.
If I could give the service NO stars I would.. it amazes me that in the service industry management would allow employees to have NO personality and just be straight up rude.. nobody in the front, so there is a bell “ring for service” I rang it one time.. she acted annoyed as hell that I wanted to order food.. the only reason they have business is because it’s in a hospital and this particular day (memorial day) the cafeteria is closed for dinner.. that being said only two other people were in line while I was there between ... read more
