Ordered a turkey Italiano and was told they don’t exist. Tried to show the employee the sandwich and was told it would be charged completely differently. If we are going to leave one employee in restaurant please make sure they know the entire menu.
their phone is disconnected, so you can’t call to make any changes to your order & when you go in to try and ask, they’re super rude & refuse to modify the order despite NOT having a working phone. what corporate chain doesn’t have a working phone? get it together.

With door dash driver and over 7.000 deliveries, in the deKalb sycamore area I’ve seen bout every restaurant around in deKalb sycamore. Subway on Lincoln hwy stands out one of the cleanest and most consistently well run spot in the area. Great job for team to maintain such high standards.
