I was very unimpressed with the service. I had to wait on a Indian woman speaking another language on the phone to even be acknowledged. So I doubt highly it was work related. I wanted to know if they were honoring the 6.99 any footlong. I was told I had to order online. The entire time thus woman is still on the phone. When my order was complete she had the audacity to ask for a few minutes and continued on her call while VERY slowly making my sandwich. I’ve eaten here three times and got sick each time. Never going there again, you shouldn’t either.
I requested avocado slice and forced me to pay 3.40. They don't get me nothing at all. I got this refund by door dash. Thanks so much to door dash.
This is the best Subway in DeKalb. This location is in the Walmart. Atmosphere is a bit dreary, kinda cramped, and the didn't seem to inviting. But, the food was pretty decent. Even when I asked for extra hot peppers though, they were very light with the ingredients. The service was pretty quick though. They were pretty fast and didn't waste time. I will keep going to this location.
