I ordered from this Subway location today and was actually in the store while my sandwich was being made. The staff was polite and friendly, so I appreciate that. However, the overall food quality and equipment issues were disappointing. The toaster was not working, and my sandwich had to be heated in a microwave instead. This is not the first time this has happened. A toasted sandwich from a microwave is simply not the same as one made with a proper toaster.
