Subway used to be reliable for fresh consistent quick sandwiches with fair portions. I have noticed a decline in freshness and portion size in the last few months at this location. This is a '6 inch' BMT... clearly undersized and only 3 slices of each meat... The bread was definitely not fresh baked today. Too bad, will have to look for other quick, health lunch options.
Vegetables are never fresh, tomatoes are badly frost burnt, lettus gone brown and mushy, spinach gone mushy, green onions frost burnt, have the bad case of diarrhea both times I ate here.
I love the staff here. They're super friendly and always deliver great service!! Vish especially is an awesome employee.
I continuously choose to frequent this particular Subway location because of the exceptional customer service that I receive from Vish. Not only is he friendly and professional, he takes a personal interest in his regular customers. I have had two spinal fusion surgeries, and he noticed that I was in pain while leaning on the counter waiting for my order. He asked me about it, and showed such empathy that I was so impressed.
