Poor customer service, not a pleasant experience.
I have been eating at Subway for Decades, went as a young child and still go to this day, However! I never imagined that I would walk into one of their locations and leave feeling like I had been singled out and discriminated against. My friend and I had spent most of the day working. We are professional contractors, so yes, we were dressed in work clothes and you could tell we had been working, but we were still clean, presentable, and respectful. Very inconsistent product sometimes 10 slices of meat sometimes 4. Watched a lady drop bacon into tuna then toss it back with all the other bacon. Save your time visit a different location
They literally didn't respect my son who was making a delivery and their so called two secs took over 15 minutes and at the same time customer who ordered the food was frustrated as one sandwich took 15 to 20 mints of wait time at the store
So bad experience 17june 2026 at night shift your employee i ask for foot long 3 times but they make half one and so bad bheviour no politeness
