Nirmal worked behind the counter and he did a great job working with me and my order. Absolute beauty in my opinion, asked me about my day and kept on task. Great dude, 5 stars
I am never coming back to this location again. While the guy just started the order for my partner I said I needed another minute because I was deciding between two sandwiches and he hadn’t even gotten the bread for my partner and he took the order of the two people behind me in line. I used to believe that everything was subjective until I realized that Nirmal is objectively the greatest subway employee
I am highly disappointed with my recent order from Subway. The order specifically mentioned that the sub should be toasted and grilled, but the staff only grilled it. I had to stand there and remind him to toast it, which should not have been necessary. On top of that, several ingredients from my order were missing. In the message section, I had clearly requested for the sandwich to be cut and packed individually, but this was completely ignored. This subway is more expensive then the one 5 blocks away, they don’t put nearly enough toppings, I have to ask for more tomatoes 4 times, and I asked the lady to add brisket she was very rude and she said she had to charge me for brisket sub and an additional 4$ when it clearly says on the board its 8$ to add brisket and when I asked why and for her to explain she was just short and rude, usually when I go the older lady and she’s very kind and sweet but every new employee that starts working there is the opposite
