Well the lady that took our orders was very rude and just threw the subs together. They made our sandwiches wrong. The chicken bacon ranch need swiss cheese not shredded cheese and instead of mayonnaise they put the all American sweet sauce on it. Further more I will not be back to this subway period.
Made an online order for a pickup, an hour before I wanted to get it. Showed up 15 mins early and told the employee I had a mobile order. She gave a smartass smirk and said she didn’t have any mobile orders. I the showed the mobile receipt and she had to call her boss. He then proceeded to tell me that the order doesn’t come in until 15 mins before the pickup time and that next time I needed to be aware of that. Being an OTR truck driver I often find myself in area's I'm unfamiliar with, I pulled into a Pilot Truck stop seeing they had a subway I got online and ordered myself a sandwich while I finished my daily log then went in to get it I was told that I ordered it at the wrong location and that they're was another subway a mile away, I called that location to cancel the order and was treated very rudely and hung up on !!! I did not get my order or my money returned!!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant... read more
