I recently visited and i do all the time management is good and the food is exactly what i opt for !!
This was the worst customer service I have ever had in a Subway. My granddaughter ordered her sandwich and the clerk said that will be 7.99 and didn't even acknowledge that I wanted to order and she really acted put out that she had to make my sandwich. I got the meal of the day, she gave me a cup for my drink and I asked for a complimentary water cup and she said they didn't have one. Any other restaurant would do this without a problem. Extremely Disappointed! I had the worst experience at Subway that I've ever encountered, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. I ordered the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and the Italian Hotshot, totaling $36.33, including tips. However, what I received was far from what I expected. The chicken was nothing like the quality I anticipated; it appeared to be cheap, little shredded chicken that didn’t even resemble real chicken—more like parmesan in appearance.
