Placed an online order for pickup with two sandwiches with flatbreads instead of bread. Instead of waiting until my girlfriend arrived to inform her they did not have any more flatbreads, they made one sandwich with the last flatbread they had and then made the most expensive sandwich (My steak and cheese) on a wrap, which is half the size of a normal sandwich. Sometimes when I visit this place, there are young men working. Previously, I chose the half braid option, but they charged me a lot more than expected. When I brought it up, they told me to just take some more items. I understand—people can make mistakes. What’s important is what happened next. When I visited again, the same thing happened.
