Im a trucker and had drove all night with food available. Been over 24 hours since I ate. I was tired and hungry. And of course the lady making my sub was snappy and rude. The manager was trying to buffer it but truly it shouldn't be allowed in the first place. I was too exhausted and wore down to snap back. But trust next time miss , I won't be so kind. The food was barely decent for one. The biggest thing that made me feel this place descended a 1 was the HORRIBLE costumer service! Right out the gate the lady was rude and disrespectful for NO reason. Not to mention the manager was sitting right there giving an interview and just allowing this behavior to happen. No wonder this place has less than 2 stars! Absolutely terrible. We were here at 9:20 on June 7th if the management would care to correct their employees.
It seems everyone at the subway takes their break at the same time. They shut down for 30 minutes… And they have three employees here! Update, seen a sign posted saying they will charge for extra vegetables, and what that means if the sandwich doesn’t list it on it it’s extra.
