Can't understand or give exact change. Rude
It is one of our great treasures that America is a country full of diversity, wherein people from all over can come and put out a shingle and give it a go. That is awesome. However, when the employee and I can literally not speak to one another beyond just the very very most basic understanding, that becomes extremely unhelpful and frustrating for both parties.
