This location is always understaffed. In person, there is often only one person working so it takes forever. Tried online ordering instead… not ready even close to the time and we ordered almost 40 mins in advance. Never worth the wait.
Fresh and Clean
Absolutely terrible location. Severely understaffed so one person is male peoples meals in store whole the other is making mobile orders causing a massive line to form. In store should always take piroity! Now to top things off they charge a 1.95% "service fee," for what? To take 20 minutes to start making your sandwich? Stay far away from this location.
Second worst Subway in Highlands Ranch. Dine in are second class customers. All on line orders take priority. 2nd in line took 40 mins. Way understaffed!!
