Tim was very pleasant and caring. He was a little behind since he was alone but handled it very professionally. Tim made it a point to make customers feel acknowledged and kindly asked for patients because of him being the only person working at that time. I personally would recommend this place. However, it seems like management needs to work on scheduling more people on the "weekends" at this location.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a meatball sub- the meat was burned, hard as rocks and veggies were frozen. This used to be my regular subway but not anymore. I would recommend the location by E Dry Creek Rd instead- all ingredients were fresh!!!
Perhaps don’t pull “toasted” sandwiches out of the oven super early. Makes them taste like they just came out of a refrigerator.
The most beautiful sub I’ve gotten in a while! Thank you so much for taking pride in your work Tim. I’m pretty sure that was his name. You need a raise!
I believe this location changed management around a year ago. The improvement really shows! It is always staffed appropriately, the line moves quickly, service is friendly, and condiments are in stock. They also have a new soda machine with many options. Better run then many other Subway stores.
