Tasty cookies. Fresh and delicious
Someone picked up the sandwich I ordered on the app. Instead of making me a new sandwich, I was laughed at, told to leave, and then verbally attacked by 2 employees while trying to get a refund. It was a scary experience as they were both screaming at me and seemed ready for an altercation from the beginning. This as by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, with any customer service anywhere.
This was our first time here even though we live right down the road and we were so pleased with not just the food but the service was excellent. The young man named Tyler was super friendly and you could tell that he took pride in his job. We'll definitely be back.
I miss Tyler… These workers at Subway have the audacity to close up right when the bar crowd comes through, and then act rude as hell about it. On top of that, they’re insinuating they’ll call the cops? Seriously? Can we get a “no-Karen” policy at this location? This is ridiculous.
Don't even know where to start.. drove 8 hours , this is usually love stop and we get subway so we know before we travel where we will stop. Brea was right there , girl dump bread and said we don't have bread. I said I see it on tray. She took through door then you could see her dump it.. like they just didnt wont wait on customers. then I said what about flat bread. She said yes.. which was stale.
