Rough morning turned around! Started my day running out to grab donuts for my wife. No luck anywhere, and half of Willis had the lights out. Then I stopped by the Subway near the Willis supermarket to get her something else, but the customer service wasn’t great, so I decided to leave. I ended up at the Subway next to Love’s Truck Stop, and wow, what a difference! Lisa completely turned my day around. She was friendly, upbeat, and made great conversation. Noel provided excellent service, welcoming me with a smile and a great attitude. Everything was clean and well-organized. The sandwich was made perfectly, just the way I wanted it. The young lady assisting him was also very kind, though I forgot her name. They both offered amazing service. I walked in happy and left even happier, with exactly what I wanted. Thank you for such a great experience!

Someone picked up the sandwich I ordered on the app. Instead of making me a new sandwich, I was laughed at, told to leave, and then verbally attacked by 2 employees while trying to get a refund. It was a scary experience as they were both screaming at me and seemed ready for an altercation from the beginning. This as by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, with any customer service anywhere.
