Their philly is absolutely amazing. Customer service was awesome, and the atmosphere was cool. 10/10 would eat philly and choc (chocolate) cookie there again.
They had a special for footlong ham and turkey $5.99. I paid full price and wasn’t offered the special until I read the sign. I asked the cashier why didn’t my food ring up under the special. She stated she forgot about it. Smh!! Bad customer service.
Clean. Employees are friendly. Supplies are frequently not fresh. I have given them 3 chances in the past few months and seriously disappointed every time.
Oven broke. took 45 mins for 1 6" sandwich placed online before i started shopping. Tried to pick up after she hasnt even started it yet. Wtf 45mins for a 6"
So they refused to put marinara sauce on the hotshot even after I said I would pay for it. The girl told me they only send them enough for the meatballs. This subway has went downhill and its bs. Use to come here almost everyday. Just went dwn the road to the one on Henley and they fixed me right up no problem whatsoever!
