Las empleadas pedantes, fui el día jueves 03 de julio a comprar cuando le presenté un cupón me dijo que no los toman porque la gente que compra con cupón llega a ROBAR la comida y más estupideces !!! Los cupones son incentivos que pone la marca q sus clientes o es que uno roba al presentarlos ???? Empleados soberbios
ive been trying to call this location for an hour to cancel an order from the app. & they have not answered. what is the point of a store having a number
Horrible service! it is not the customers fault that your machines are not working. If something is out of order in store, then on the app, it shouldn’t be available to order for pick up. This is when you do customer service and you accommodate the customer you should’ve given a bottle soda if you’re fountain wasn’t working. And if you didn’t wanna accommodate the customer, then you should’ve refunded all money back!
First time I ordered the food from here, a veggie patty sub, and they just sent me a bread with lettuce, tomato, olive, jalapeño, and dressing. There was no cheese, no veggie patty. I tried to call the store 5 times, but no one answered. So unprofessional, and the service is so bad. Not going to order the food again from this place.
I ordered online and they didn't even toast my sandwich now I have to put it in the oven with lettuce. Unprofessional. I requested toasted and it's a cold sandwich
