Very rude employee that complains about making your orders, and complaints happened around other customers. These employees need more training.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Guy for making my submarine sandwich amazing. I ended up getting the Beast, which is also Guy's favorite. I managed to eat the foot-long sandwich in one sitting. Thank you again, Guy, for making mine and my girlfriend's night! mine and my girlfriends night!
I called ahead of time and asked were the cookies baked fresh I was informed they were. When I got inside I asked again to make sure as I like fresh cookies I was told yes again. When I got home to eat them clearly they were not fresh! They were a few days old and out of my 6 cookies only 2 were fresh ! 😡😡
I was in a rush for work and didn't have time to go back in. I order the Cali sub thinking I was going to get sliced avocado for the price I paid. They gave me spread and when I said I thought I get slick avocado I was told to leave and have a nice day. I will never spend any money at any subways again. It's really not okay to treat people like they don't matter. I'm not a confrontational person but I will make sure its known that you don't get what you pay for at Subway
