Poor service
I was having a pretty rough morning at work and on my lunch break I online ordered some subway. All I get on my sandwiches are meat, cheese and pickles. I LOVE pickles. I put in my order that I wanted extra pickles as well as in the special instructions made sure to note that I wanted a ton of pickles. I get back to work and open my sandwich to see they put 4 tiny pickles on the whole sandwich. Which is not even the normal amount they should be putting. Online app ordering said offline for this store location. We wanted the $6.99 any footlong sub special. I asked in the store if there was a price over ride to honor a problem that was not my doing. No they said. App prices only. I do customer service and in any job I've ever had there's always a satisfaction over ride available. This needs to be fixed. Service was fantastic! The guy that was working was so sweet and accommodated to our lengthy sandwich needs. Thank you subway employees for going above and beyond!
Burnt bread .... order pick up and this is what I get is burnt bread. Not ok. Should never been served to paying customers !! This location needs to do better
