So what’s the point of a coupon if I can’t use it? Lady at the counter who I assume is the owner, said u couldn’t use my coupon for the American club “because it’s a series sandwich” and that’s 100% NOT what the coupon says is excluded. I assume her husband works with her and they appear to be a Hindu couple, she had some weird attitude about her. I 100% believe this was a jab at being as stingy as possible, makes 0 sense. Just don’t accept coupons then.
This was my first time at this location and MY LAST! The workers seem upset to be working, they were giving attitude when I was ordering, like they wanted to leave. I ordered two subs and asked for them to be toasted but they weren’t and the bread was super flat and looked undercooked! When I ask for a cup for my sweet tea I had bought they were upset and hesitant to give me a cup…I just wanted to use it to put my tea in! I wouldn’t recommend this place…the food was cold and they were stingy with the toppings, and had horrib... read more
