The service is horrible here. Employee was very rude. Never gave me my refund. Can manager of walden galleria please respond to me. Ty
When we walked up to the counter the lady working didn’t acknowledge us at all, no greeting, no “wait one moment please”, not even eye contact, we just stood there awkwardly waiting for her to finish whatever bread she was making, when she was ready, she helped us, sandwich was really good but service needs work, this is coming from someone who works in food service
I personally am sad to see the decline of subway and don’t want to watch them go out of business but when you hire such miserable people that can’t even pretend to be nice I’m not sure what else could happen. On top of the limited availability of the things they advertise and the carelessness of preparation. Don’t even know how to correctly give me a refund
The topnof the case that held the food had a good 2ich of dust on it that was flying in the food! No chip choice for the combo? High price food due to eating in the mall that was absolutely filthy! Tables,floor..... it was absolutely disgusting! Long wait for food to be made.... These people get 15 and hr and do 5 and hr work!! Do better Subway!!!!
Never order online they make you wait like 20 min even though they have no customers at the counter. We ordered online and at counter. The tasted like expired food. No empathy or smile from workers they treat you like they are giving out food for free
