Very bad service
One of the better subways I've been to. And yes I've been to most of them in the greater buffalo area. It can get busy at times...
Very poor customer service, i was waiting there for good 15 minutes nobody came to serve. They were just standing on the other side of wall, i think they were able to hear me calling them so many times but they had too interesting conversations so decided to ignore customers. Didnt expect this from subway as i myself worked in subway more than 2 years.
Cookies are hard and they can’t seem to get an online order right
The service is horrible here. Employee was very rude. Never gave me my refund. Can manager of walden galleria please respond to me. Ty
