The guy that works there is extremely rude. Acts like I’m inconveniencing him by ordering food. Then tells me I can only get onions and peppers on a sandwich I have ordered dozens of times. Says it’s Subways policy. It’s unfortunate because this one is super convenient for me but I definitely will not be eating there again.
For the second time in 2 visits, an employee named "Jay" refused to serve me when I went in 10 minutes after they open at 9. He said "open at 9:30 - am not ready" . very rude and very poor customer service. On other visits, other employees were open and ready. Used to go there often. Never again.
The older man who works behind the counter is super rude!! He doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in and acts like you are bothering him by trying to spend your money here. Subway, if yall want this location to stay open and want to continue getting business, hier employees that actually have customer service skills.
Placed online order which was paid for online they said they never received the order although it was right on my app and they pulled the money out of my bank will not be ordering from this location anytime soon !
