Waited 10 mins for employee to get off break. Not the employees fault obviously, but this busy a place management should have someone to back them up so they can get a proper break
Lady had an attitude while making my sandwiches. Didn't follow instructions. Closed the over kinda hard.
I put the sandwich on a plate so that you will be able to the issue more clearly. There is a long, white hair baked INTO my bread. Can you imagine eating your sandwich and having the hair getting stuck in your teeth when pulling away from your sandwich?! GAG.
