Poor customer service, and they are really skimpy with the meat compared to other locations also boxes are on the floor throughout this location.
I was in shock to see that the salad I ordered was smaller than what I order from other locations. You can’t talk to anyone anymore; it’s all done through a chat, and it’s not even a person. I wish I could have someone check out this location!
Ordered a BMT and the gentleman shorted me on the meat. The sandwich was so thin it was just bread and veggies. I looked on the subway site and was shorted two slices of pepperoni and salami and ham and this meat was the thinnest sliced meat I have ever seen. I was a big fan of this subway but I probably won’t return. I have been a customer for years and feel like they are taking advantage at this point. It’s been real but you lost a customer.
Such terrible customer service I ended up leaving without ordering anything.
