Painfully slow. Luckily no line but not 1 of the 4 greeted me for 10 full minutes they looked like literal sloths (I've never seen anything slower in my life) when they finally looked at me the Indian man stared through me and shrugged his shoulders and said, "WHAT!" Managers are rude..staff very unprofessional..won't order from here again.
Painfully slow - so bad. 4 employees and sandwiches are sitting for multiple minutes between stations - took 15 minutes for them to get to me with only two people ordering 4 subs total in front me.
A woman named Seima was making faces while I was trying to explain to her how I wanted my sandwich. This isn’t the first time dealing with her in this way. Also treats and talks to her staff like their children which I see some are but not all of them. It’s distasteful and un classy. Last time before this round she was too busy chit chatting with staff members instead of focusing on my order which she made a mistake due to her chit chatting. This is my last time coming to this place.
Never going again, not only did the staff ignore us in line but they cross contaminated the food, there was CHEESE on our 1 FOOT LONG COOKIE. Incompetent staff, cold food, and all over the place messy. They barely communicated with us and whispered behind our backs!
