tell me why my sandwich was black?? i wanted it toasted, not burnt. the bread was crumbling everywhere because of how long it was in the oven. unacceptable!
undeniably the best customer service ive ever gotten from a subway. the man who took my order (i think he is manager) was extremely nice and he truly made me feel more seen than a waiter at a sit down restaurant! give that man a raise!!!!
