I recently ordered online through the Subway App to this location, and I messed uo my order so I called them to have them cancel the order. When I told her my situation, she told me there was nothing they could do, and she blatantly hung up on me. I called again, and the same things happened where they hung up on me after not even trying to resolve the issue. So disrespectful.
The old woman who works there, I think she deliberately reduces the meat or chicken in the sandwich, and when asked to put more, she refuses. And when I was checking after leaving, I found she didn't even put wipes in the bag.
The churro was dry and hard.
