I I asked the guy that seemed to be the manager there that was the same person that made our sandwich if they had changed the bread at Subway and he said no and I said that's interesting because this bread is so hard that I could barely chew it so I figured you had a new brand on hand. My dad said his bread was super difficult to chew as well. The quote" manager / server " said that he arrived to work at 2:00 and that the bread was cooked at 3:00 then he said he was sorry. Then that was that then nothing else happened.Ā
