Usually I have a OK experience at this location however, the last time that I went to this location, the woman who was making my sandwich, stuck her armpit in my sandwich. She was making two sandwiches at a time and instead of sliding mine over to make my partners sandwich, she stuck her armpit into my sandwich. Went there to use a coupon and I had showed the worker at the start of my order but when I went to check out the second worker said they would not honor it. Order ended up costing twice as much as it should have. Overall the chain as a whole had become overpriced compared to what it was before.
no one else in line, but they still got my order wrong because he insisted on talking over me to try and speed things up
