I ordered online and unfortunately the sandwich wasn't as expected. I called to let them know, the gentleman on the phone was very nice about it. I came the next day and Rahim was very professional and nice about it. Made no fuss and provided great service!
I visited this subway today with my friend. This, by far, is the best subway I’ve been to in Durham. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Our sandwiches were fresh and tasted so good!
Placed an order online. I arrived at restaurant and they had given my order to someone else. They then remade it while I waited, left and it was made incorrectly. Came back and they made it a third time with no care for my time especially after ordering on the app to save time!! Have reached out to subway and they don’t reply to emails or complaints.
Placed an online order at around 2300. They close at midnight. 6 subs. Yes it’s a big order. Yes, an hour before they close. On the website, it indicated they take orders no later than 2330. Plenty of time. At 2310, my order was cancelled. No notification, no phone call. I tried calling the store, three times, no response. Guess the staff checked out already. Suggestion to the owner, if your staff are back logged with orders, cut off the online orders. Can’t trust this store to commit to their online orders.
