Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I accidentally ordered a turkey sandwich (I'm vegetarian) and called to cancel within seconds, but the staff refused and were extremely rude about it. On top of that, I witnessed an employee preparing food with something that looked like tobacco in their mouth — a serious hygiene concern. Definitely won't be returning.
This Subway location has always been my favourite. I’ve tried other locations and they never put enough sub sauce on it (even asking for extra)!and they were always too dry for me. Today there was a young man there that I’ve never seen before. I had my usual take out, ordered on the app, and even though I asked for mayo and subsauce there was none of either and it was so very dry! Good Quick service as one would expect from a Subway outlet.
Placed an order on the subway app, accidentally at the wrong location (similar addresses, my honest mistake). I called the store 5 times in an attempt to fix the mistake right away but didn’t receive an answer.
