Very disappointed with the service I received today approx 12:00pm. Ordered a cold cut combo with shredded cheese, I then realized she had put it in the toaster so I said I didn’t want it toasted and was told I had said “yes” to toasted which was not the case as I never toast a sub. I said maybe she heard someone else say yes and her response was to tell me to “relax”. Needless to say I was shocked and left. Will never go back to this location
Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I accidentally ordered a turkey sandwich (I'm vegetarian) and called to cancel within seconds, but the staff refused and were extremely rude about it. On top of that, I witnessed an employee preparing food with something that looked like tobacco in their mouth — a serious hygiene concern. Definitely won't be returning.
This Subway location has always been my favourite. I’ve tried other locations and they never put enough sub sauce on it (even asking for extra)!and they were always too dry for me. Today there was a young man there that I’ve never seen before. I had my usual take out, ordered on the app, and even though I asked for mayo and subsauce there was none of either and it was so very dry!
