Everything was very delicious and the employees are very helpful and Friendly.
Yikes. Looks like this location didn't last much longer than the former Subway Westlake Center Ridge location, which closed at the end of September 2023. Like that location, this location has appeared to be shut down. But unlike the former Westlake Center Ridge location, closing this location appears to be for the better of the people. I never did try a sub from this location, but maybe it's best if I didn't considering all the other reviews that have dished out the rest of the complaints. god do i have a bone to pick with the owner. when i went onto the subway website to see how much a foot long italian ham and bacon sandwich would be it said $9.39. Tell me why I got charged $10.99?? Can we make it make sense. Owner skimps on all the toppings and always has an attitude. Will have to say I am deeply disappointed
Ripped me off double charges for sandwiches and refused to refund my money only got 6 sandwiches and charged me for 7 very rude and needs to learn how to speak better English then maybe he could understand and fix his mistakes what a joke rest assured we will never return to this location
This is a horrible place that is ran by a horrible little man. He hates mobile ordersntheough the app, especially BOGO. I placed an app order and walked in as he finished up the only customer in the store. I told him that I had an mobile order. He started raising his voice telling me "20 MINUTES!!! 20 MINUTES!!! You can cancel if you don't like! I asked him to stop yelling at me and asked why 20 minutes, did he have a bunch of mobile orders in front of me? The store was empty.
