I truly do not feel like I’ve ever had such a terrible experience buying food ever in my life. We got 4 people working, and there is only one person making sandwiches. Both of the sub heaters were being worked on, which meant only cold sandwiches. Which wouldn’t be an issue, if I didn’t have to wait in line 10 minutes to be told this. Tristísimo. Siendo que cada Subway cada vez está más escondido y su personal está tan poco calificado, es obvio que haya decrecido tanto esta cadena. No solo eso, si no que fueron racistas para conmigo burlándose de mi acento cuando pronuncié la palabra Bacon. Sin perjuicio de ello y la pésima atención, intentaron cobrarme (en el posnet cuando pagué con tarjeta) una propina. Una falta de respeto.
Can I make a negative star review? Typical. To be expected. Be prepared to take 17minutes with being third in line. Staff does not care. Bare minimum level, sub level of service. Not sure of the sandwich quality. Let you know.
