Been here twice. I never order online. The workers were great both times, they respect your choices and can handle multiple sandwiches at a time. Only reason that I cannot give a full star is because both times I went the lettuce was brown and browning. The bathroom was also outdated and dirty.
This was our second time in a month going. Two different employees and both had horrible attitudes. Tonight we instantly were told they were about to close (at 8:15 when they close at 9) and he put mostly everything away and would not be pulling foods back out. Will not be going back to this subway for awhile.
This Subway is always very clean inside and manager Stephanie always takes great care of us. Bread and toppings they serve are always fresh. We will continue to come back again!
I ordered delivery through the app almost a week ago. My food was not delivered and I cannot get a refund from the store. I have called numerous times, left a voicemail, and went to the store in-person to give my information to management so they could reach me.
