Good food....slow service..one employee doing sandwiches and register and drive through...where's the HELP This location is alot better. I went this evening, A lady named Arey..(if I spelled that right) around 4:30 was fantastic also very polite and helpful. She was by herself for a little while. She took care of my dine in order and also the online orders. Her help came in at 5pm. I was very pleased and impressed...please let her manager know. The night shift needs better attitude! I understand being sick or tired but the behavior is absolutely too much. You hear them talking negatively about making sandwiches for customers when it’s 40 min before closing. They act like you inconvenience them for walking in the store.
Only stopped to play Pokémon.
If you’re going to provide a drive-thru, staff appropriately for it. Clearly it’s an ongoing issue via your terrible reviews. I waited 7 minutes after being told to drive forward to place my order. Nobody ever came to get it. I don’t understand places like this, do you want to make money or not. Never again. 👋
