Very disappointing experience. The store’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, and I walked in at 8:08 PM. One employee greeted me and asked how she could help. Shortly afterward, a store manager came from the back and said they needed to get the online orders taken care of. She then asked the employee I had spoken with if she was clocking out.
