This Subway location at the NEX is in dire need of upgrades. The entire facility feels gloomy, dated, and depressing, and there is often a damp, mildew-like smell that makes it an extremely uninviting place to visit. Unfortunately, the customer service doesn’t make the experience any better. There’s a NEW POLICY that they have to put the sauce on first…. Even tho it’s SUBWAY YOUR WAY!!!!!!!! Getting made for 6 people coming in to eat LUNCH…. ITS LUNCH TIME PEOPLE EAT
Need negative stars, attitude of employees was horrible..actually told us that she really didn't want us there, because she had 2 deliveries..and didn't want customers...
