Older lady can't even speak English I had to leave the store go somewhere else to get food .
Lady was super slow took forever to order and there was an uber order that took up the line, spoke spanish
Employee was somewhat arrogant as I was explaining my order but it was nice and quiet for when I went.

That is a disaster, everytime you order online the order says toasted, the receipt is saying toasted, and of course the freaking sandwich was never put in the oven. First time I thought "ok, happens", but it is 3 times IN A ROW! And untoasted subway is borderline unedible. Order online staying inside the shop and navigate these people what to do.
