Very good food!! Fast customer service
Upon entering the restaurant, the lady working there did not acknowledge my existence. My friend and I had ordered our subs online and so we went up to the counter to look for them. As we approached the subs, she immediately started yelling in Spanish. As we replied to her in English she started speaking disrespectfully about us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway location. I was treated with clear disrespect by one of the associates, and the entire interaction left me feeling like an invisible or even unwanted customer. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being unfairly judged or even discriminated against. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me but I know I had asked for some macadamian cookies but they were not ready. Once they were ready I was able to come back and get them. She was great.
