Called the store owner with a problem. He stated to me that he would not correct it and slammed the phone down in my face. I had to go through my credit card company for a refund. I will never go back!
I seen a roach at this location
The last Subway to use "Customer Service" in my area. It was made to order and delicious! All others have gone to order your sandwich on a computer or app? They were awful... AI is not smart enough yet.
Maybe don’t have headphones in (both ears, mind you) when talking with customers. Our orders were wrong and completely backwards.
