I ordered a sub online for pickup around 10AM about a week ago at this establishment. When I got there, the place was closed, so I used Subway's websites convoluted and automated report a problem feature to get a refund. After around six days I get an e-mail saying simply the situation was resolved. I never got a refund. I will be contacting corporate in every avenue to get my stolen money back. If I could give a negative star I would , I have been a loyal subway customer and I never complained up until now because I know what it’s like to work in customer service and I’ve even worked at a subway before . I always leave them a nice tip and everything. Sometimes I get too tired for my night shift job to even come up so I DoorDash .
