The sandwich was good overall, but the customer service was beyond awful. I couldn't even eat inside how uncomfortable I felt around the woman. The tan middle-aged redhead was so abrupt, snippy and just downright rude. I felt uncomfortable even customizing my lunch and couldn't wait to leave. The tables also were in need of wiping.
I ordered a sub online for pickup around 10AM about a week ago at this establishment. When I got there, the place was closed, so I used Subway's websites convoluted and automated report a problem feature to get a refund. After around six days I get an e-mail saying simply the situation was resolved. I never got a refund. I will be contacting corporate in every avenue to get my stolen money back. I will never order Subway again due to my money essentially being stolen by the owners of this establishment. They should feel sham... read more
