I am leaving a positive review for your employee Tyler. I was extremely impressed with his customer service, professionalism, and dedication to your company. His camaraderie and work ethic are outstanding, and he truly deserves to be incentivized for his hard work.
Ordered on the app and our entire order was wrong. Went back and asked for it to be corrected and was refused and told to leave. When I asked for a refund I was then threatened. Left multiple messages for the owner and never received a phone call back.
Subways letting me down unfortunately. This is the fifth mobile order I’ve placed for a subway club with extra pickle and onion. How overly priced these sandwiches have become, I’d expect it to be made right. This sandwich yet again has no roast beef, no pickle and very light onion. I tried calling the store and no one has answered again, and after driving 45 minutes home from work I didn’t want to go back up there again. Please do better and include everything on the sandwich considering this one is of a higher price
