My old man ordered food last night at 9:09 online on the app. Two subs came in, and both were incorrect. We called four different times once we came home and realized the situation, trying to get it fixed, but received no answer by telephone. So, we proceeded to go back to the store. No wonder no one answered the phone; the workers closed 30 minutes before actual closing time last night and messed up the order they did for us and bounced out of the building. Shame, shame, shame.
It always takes forever here in the evening. The 3 times I've ordered on the app the food isn't ready for 40 mins. No sense of urgency. The girls literally check their phones between making sandwiches. Veggies were frozen to the metal pans the time we decided to walk in to order. Won't be back to this location anymore.
This is probably the worst sub I've ever had made for me....I shouldn't have to go home and basically remake it because almost everything is outside of the bread...
