I had an excellent experience at this Subway today! Kulbir was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. He made my sandwich with care, paid attention to every detail, and served with a genuine smile. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made my visit enjoyable. Came at 1140 today and was served by a man who had the worst attitude to us as well as all the other customers. Super disappointing as we used to come to this location a lot
Shockingly rude staff — very disappointing experience I went to Subway at Stone Road Mall with my two younger siblings around 6:20 PM recently while waiting for our parents. We were just kids waiting politely, but the employee who was working then—an Indian woman—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She told us to get out, even though she continued serving other customers right after.
