Went to Stone Road location, tonight (Jan9th) at 5:20,pm and got the WORST service ever from here. I asked for the footlong bread not to be crunchy, and the girl behind the counter said she will cut the ends off. I said no, I just want the bread to be soft. The girl also told me we could not have extra tomatos or onions without extra cost. I said aren't the toppings are free, she started arguing with us.
