Absolutely horrible! Our subs have hardly any meat or any of the toppings! My husband took it back, she puts cheese on it and toasts it. Wasn’t supposed to be toasted. We counted 5 pieces of chicken on a foot long chicken teriyaki. Subway is already mediocre but at least make it right, especially when it’s brought back to you. Don’t waste your time with this location.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and incompetent.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, only to encounter multiple issues with my order and customer service. When I arrived, I checked the pickup shelf, and an employee named Arianna told me my order should be there.
