Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and incompetent.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, only to encounter multiple issues with my order and customer service. When I arrived, I checked the pickup shelf, and an employee named Arianna told me my order should be there. they served stale chicken in my kids, rotisserie sub. I called them up and talk to cat and it seemed like she didn’t care. This place should be shut down immediately. There should be investigation on this shop.
