Terrible, I would avoid, they only use half the station. Lettuce is brown, all other vegetables look nasty because its not at the right temp. Tomatoes and olives looked soggy and I meant they were mush if you picked them up. Asked for different tomatoes, and was told 3 times there were more, for them to come back and say they didnt have any. I wouldnt have even gotten a sub, I would have gone to Publix next door. Avoid this subway, go to Publix next door.
Coupon scanner broken. So they're not taking coupons right now. And it looks like the soda machines broken too, with no ice. Guess I'll try a different location or go get a $8 sub at Wawa.
This is the second time in a several days I've visited this store. I walked out the first time because there was only one person working and about 10 people waiting. So I go back 2 Days later and figure okay I'll wait it out. Again only one l person working in the store. Well after my sandwich was made I requested Mayo. And can you believe they didn't even have Mayo! Judging from the reviews here they may just have to suffer financially to change anything. Anyway I'm done
Ordered online. My leg is broken and I’m in a cast, so my boyfriend drove to subway and went in. Our order wasn’t there. He was told “someone else must have picked it up”. Ok? Not my problem—so he shows them the receipt so that they BELIEVE him that our order isn’t there and was for him. Subs were fine once we got them. Soggy and didn’t wrap them properly. But we could’ve done without the snide remarks, laziness, and unhelpfulness of the employees today. 🙂
