Went there today at 11am. One customer sitting and eating with no one else behind me. I asked if I can order a party tray and the 2 very free employees said tray must be ordered online 24hrs ahead of time. I said “Ok, no problem, I will order individual sandwiches”. She asked how many do I need. I said 12. She said max order per customer is 6. I looked behind me and there were nobody else. I stayed composed and said no problem. I don’t understand how 6 inch wrap cost the same thing as a foot long wrap that makes no sense to me. This is the one on 188th and Stark. I wasn’t happy about the pricing I paid, but I wasn’t happy about paying it.
Absolutely miserable. Placed an online order through the app because their hours say open until 10pm, only to show up and see a sign posted on the door that says they close at 9. There are ZERO support options through the app to refund or cancel an order once it’s placed, and there is NO customer service number online for the stores since they are independently operated. You are simply SCREWED because someone couldn’t update the hours online. You have to go in the next day when they open and hope to god someone working there... read more
