i ordered a sandwich and asked for extra jalapeños, the girl helping said she couldn’t put extra jalapeños on the sandwich. she told me she was only suppose to put 6 but gave me a few extra and that’s all she could do. i said i’d never had a problem getting extra toppings at other subways and she said this store has restrictions on inventory. if u want a good sandwich i wouldn’t go to this location.
The food was gross. They didn't even make my sandwich. They just put a little of everything in a container and sent it to me. Didn't even put cheese on the sandwich and nasty sause on the sandwich. I would not go to this one. Because how lazy can someone be on making a sandwich
First had issues with a coupon on the app, so I went in. Elizabeth told me "I don't know nothing about the app" and wouldn't help or honor the coupon. So I still ordered on the app since I was at checkout. Had to pay the extra with no coupon. Part of that was double meat on 1 of the 2 sandwiches. She then took another online order and 2 walk ins before ours... Then she got finished and said "I don't remember which ones which." I said ok, and went home.
