Always a problem at this location!! Employee rude and lazy. Denied my 2 year old daughter a kids sub saying “they don’t do that”. What subway doesn’t make kids subs? I left and went to another subway up the road and they made it with no problem. Kids sub combo with juice and a cookie. I’m never wasting my time with this location again.
Only realized after the fact that they had automatically applied the tip. $40 worth of food. Charged an additional seven dollars. I’m not one to make a scene. But won’t be going back. That was dishonest. The stupid thing is I’m a generous tipper and would have tipped more than seven dollars if I had been given the prompt to tip. I withheld when I realized that they had already charged it without my consent. This should be treated as theft.
Nice Subway and clean with good subs. Picked up and then ate at Fort Dorchester.
