Horrible customer service. I had a coupon for a foot long. I ordered Philly Cheese Sandwich. I gave the coupon to the lady and she said we don't take it. Philly Cheese is excluded. I asked her to read what it says on the coupon. Philly cheese is not excluded. She kept saying no. Then she said I will try it but can't promise it will be accepted. I won't be coming back to this location. Subway 20208, Anza Ave Torrance Ca 90503 July.10.2024, the time of day was 5:26 p.m. I was unsatisfied with the service they provided. It was a phone order, The sandwiches were wrapped in their subway paper. So, I didn't know how awful everything was inside until I got home. The service is top notch at this subway! Jose is sooo nice! They always get my order right and they actually now remember what I order, haha! Thank you for the great service!
Customers would appreciate this location participating in more promotions through the app. Disappointing to see this location not participating in promotions that most other Subway locations participate in.
