I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible customer service I received from Daisy at Subway. After experiencing an issue with my DoorDash delivery, where my order was not delivered as expected, Daisy went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she take it upon herself to personally drop off the order at my house, but she did so with a level of kindness and professionalism that truly stood out. There custome service is not good I was speaking to Daisy and she hung the phone up on me very bad service and they don't give you your whole order sad sad sad
Ordered a cold cut combo. Had some add ons and guess what half of my add ons weren’t added. No oil, no red wine vinegar. Also the portion was super small comparing to other subways I’ve gone to. I don’t know if they did this on purpose because I had a coupon on or something. However that doesn’t mean that you do this to customers.
