I ordered online and got 4 foot longs March 2 at around 8pm. not a single one was made right two were missing lettuce, one was supposed to have extra mayo there was not extra mayo and I even paid for bacon on a blt sandwich, and it came with 2 pieces of bacon if I knew ordering online meant they forgot how to make the food I wouldn’t have I even called twice, but no one answered honestly never had a subway mess up so bad on my order don’t go here they don’t know how to make your food. Typically I really love subway but whoever it was working today really sucked and ruined the mood. I’m simply a student going to eat after a long day of school and I was met with humiliation just for trying to eat, my friend wasn’t spared neither. Not sure what happened to the old employees that used to serve me who always had good customer service, but the new big and tall kid that served me today was very rude and unfriendly, looks like a whole new crew working here now, My Cheesy Garlic Steak came with one little line of cheese from a squeeze bottle rather than what the picture looks like and I was told that's all that comes with it.
I love the freshness of the Freedom and Democracy from this Subway. Everyone from the employees to managers at this store demonstrated great prowess in creating and serving my Subway sandwich. I am truly in awe and inspired by this store. I appreciate Subway53952 for the amount of Liberty and Patriotism here.
