An hour before closing they had lights turned off like they were closed but people were inside eating, so we went in. The employee behind the glass was not friendly. She acted like she didn’t want to be there, which I can understand, but put on a smile and greet customers with a cheerful countenance please. That’s kind of your job. She wrapped up the sandwich loosely and didn’t put a sticker on it, so then the sandwich wasn’t put together very well when we unwrapped it.
Ordered sandwiches x6. Missing all extra items purchased, sauces on wrong sandwiches, missing some of veggies, called back , rude and argumentative. Basically to bad!!
My husband walked into the store to pick up our online order. The female worker at the front was busy cleaning with both AirPods in her ears and her hair down, and she didn’t even greet him. He walked up to the counter, but nobody was there. He waited for about two minutes before the worker finally came behind the counter, ready to pull her hair back and put on some gloves. Two employees who were young high schoolers I believe were picking on three customers for experiences they had outside of the work environment. There were stuff being said that should be no one’s business and that should be handled when not working. Therefore it made the dinning and eating environment very uncomfortable and not enjoyable.
