Great service after new manager took over. Sunny was very patient and friendly. Great sandwich maker.
Doesn't carry all the regular menu items (most notably veggie patty). Otherwise seems decent enough.
Can never get my order right. Both times I order a chicken salad sandwich online. Nothing said it was out of stock. 1st time I got rotisserie chicken which tasted fine so I didn't bother saying anything. 2nd time, it was "grilled" chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting. I had to pick it off just so I could eat something for dinner. Same dude both times, months apart. I tried to contact customer service but it was only a chat thing so I put in my email for them to contact me, which never happened, they just sent an automate... read more
Unfortunately, after picking up 3 footlong sandwiches and getting home today right before close. 2 out of 3 of the sandwiches are missing different veggies and sauces. Disappointed.
