The employee does not seem well suited for customer service. She would likely perform better in a different role, allowing customers to receive better care from someone more qualified for the position.
I order a meal incorrectly to the wrong location and I try more them 15 times to call to let them know and my refund and they do not answer there phone very disappointing.
The staff is very friendly, but multiple times now I have felt the portions are being dramatically skimped compared to the location on the north side of this lake. This is a photo of a sandwich where extra lettuce was requested. Do better. Ordered 3/7 @ 8pm
