Does not accept 'buy one get one free' coupons
If they knew how to answer their phone I might have actually been able to try the food. Called 3 times in a row to order because their app wasn't working right and no answer. I dont care how busy things are you shouldn't ignore customers at for that they get a 1 star. I'll just hit up Jersey mikes they at least answer the phone
Person behind counter hardly spoke or understood English. Sandwich seemed to have less meat than other subway put on. Worst thing was when we went to fill soft drinks there was DOZENS of ants all over. Counter person didn't seem interested when we told him. Needless to say that's last time at that subway.
Sketchy, depressing, and no longer worth it. I used to enjoy coming here and never had any issues, but the place has deteriorated so badly and become so user-unfriendly, that it's almost a joke. The "we don't take coupons right now" thing happens every few weeks on the regular. The service has become so slow that it's wildly impractical. I can't imagine coming here on a short lunch break.
